Everlight Chemical has developed Everzol® Black PF and Eco, two new generation eco-friendly reactive black dyes that can be used on a range of cellulosic textiles including cotton, rayon and lyocell.

Dystar’s core denim product is Dystar Indigo Vat 40% solution, the cleanest Indigo on the market. This product represents the state-of-the-art in pre-reduced Indigo liquid. It allows cleaner denim production and shows massive positive impact on resource efficiency such as reduction of sodium hydrosulfite usage by 60-70%, much cleaner waste water and less water usage.

miDori® bioWick is a plant seed oil based finishing agent for textiles. It helps the fabric to absorb sweat, wick moisture away and dry faster. Compared to standard crude oil based wicking finishes it has a significantly, up to 8 times, lower carbon footprint. It is highly biodegradable ( Zahn/Wellens Test), a USDA certified bio based product and all of its components, on a CAS number level, underwent a so called Greenscreen for safer chemicals. ​

Fluorine free solutions are the future of durable water repellency in the textile industry. Fluorine free products do not contain perfluorinated compounds such as PFOA and PFOS.

TUBINGAL RISE is a textile softener made of recycled silicone and renewable bio-based emulsifiers. It is the first softener developed for the circular economy with „make-use-reuse“ concept. Post-consumed silicone products are collected, recycled back to their purity and subsequently further processed to TUBINGAL RISE. Besides recycled silicone, CHT additionally focused on using renewable bio-based emulsifiers.

TUBINGAL RISE is suitable for all kind of fibres but especially, in the context of circular economy, it is virtually predestinated for finishing of recycled fibres e.g. rPES or rCO.  

ecorepel is a water and mud repellent technology that imitates the natural, water-repelling protection of duck’s plumages. Ducks produce an oily secretion that allows their plumages to repel water and ecorepel technology transfers this natural water repellence to textile surfaces.

Sciessent Curb® is a fluorine free durable water repellent for textiles that is made without perfluorinated chemicals or fluorinated silicones. 

It is certified by Oeko-Tex, bluesign and GOTS and its water repellent performance and durability is equivalent to C6 PFC technology.

In addition, Curb is a highly biodegradable chemical. Curb® was tested using the OECD 301B method. The results of this testing showed that Curb® is 79.1% biodegradable. This is very close to the maximum of 79.8%, and is considered rapidly biodegradable.
