SUPERCHROME PVD COATING provides a chrome finish with a decorative character for plastic substrates. Hexavalent chromium is not used in this process. SUPERCHROME PVD COATING is a two-layer coating consisting of a UV cured base coat and a chromium PVD layer on top. wet-green has developed a vegetable tanning agent for producing beautiful and healthy leather. The tanning agent is a vegetable concentrate based on olive leaf extract. The plant extract is free from metals and any chemically synthetic reactive tanning agents. Hard chrome plating, thermal spraying and laser material deposition are ways of protecting components against corrosion and wear. However, all these processes have significant drawbacks. For example, as of September 2017, hard chrome plating using chromium(VI) will require special authorization.
