Description
We are looking for fast acting, non-CMR (according to REACH/CLP) epoxy curatives. Due to greater hazard data generation the reclassification to CMR of a number of fast acting epoxy curatives has been seen in recent years. This has especially affected the faster, low temperature activated curatives. Alternative curratives are sought that are CMR (class 1 and 2) free and can react at speeds of <10mins with a standard Bisphenol A Epoxy resin. Although typically amine functional substances have filled this role, we are open to alternative chemistries as well as traditional amine curatives.
