It can replace strong acids with hazardous properties that need environmentally problematic corrosion inhibitors.

EonCoat CR, permanently protects Carbon Steel from corrosion. A 2-component ceramic coating forms an amorf alloy of phosphate-glass on carbon steel, that's impermeable for oxygen and humidity. Therefore the steel can't corrode. The ceramic shell protects against impact and abrasion.

AQUAWORKER is specifically developed for water disinfection in tough environments. AquaWorker stops harmful microorganisms from entering water systems (e.g. cooling systems) and reduces the risk for biological growth in circulation systems.

Extremely durable materials meet the tough demands of the corrosive industrial environment (chemicals, salinity, ambient humidity and shifting water temperatures) to ensure long-term, trouble-free operation. AquaWorker can be installed in fresh or seawater applications.

Hard chrome plating, thermal spraying and laser material deposition are ways of protecting components against corrosion and wear. However, all these processes have significant drawbacks. For example, as of September 2017, hard chrome plating using chromium(VI) will require special authorization. The new extreme high-speed Laser Material Deposition process, developed by the Fraunhofer Institute for Laser Technology ILT and RWTH Aachen University and known by its German acronym EHLA, eliminates these drawbacks in an effective and economical way.
