CiCLO™ is an easy to implement, upstream solution for reducing microfiber pollution and unrecycled synthetic textiles by allowing polyester and other synthetic materials to biodegrade like natural materials. Fabrics built with CiCLO™ look, feel and wear just like any other textile, and can be engineered with high performance characteristics and finishes.

CiCLO™ textile technology allows polyester and other synthetic materials to biodegrade like natural materials do in wastewater treatment plant sludge, sea water and landfill conditions. CiCLO™ is the first textile technology to market that apparel brands can easily implement at the manufacturing level to take responsibility for reducing synthetic microfiber pollution generated during washing, and minimizing plastic accumulation in landfills caused by discarded textiles. CiCLO™ biomimetic process is only activated under prolonged exposure to moisture, heat and microbes that exist in wastewater treatment plants, see water and landfills.
